Fraud, bribery, corruption and AML

Global Corporate Advisory L.L.C.-FZ is committed to the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) including Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF), Anti-Fraud and other punishable criminal acts.

Forced or compulsory labour

Global Corporate Advisory L.L.C.-FZ, and its suppliers or clients do not allow or permit any forced, bonded or involuntary labour.

Human trafficking

Global Corporate Advisory L.L.C.-FZ, and its suppliers or clients do not use or allow the use of labour acquired through human trafficking.

Freedom of association

Global Corporate Advisory L.L.C.-FZ, and its suppliers or clients have an open attitude in regards to the legitimate activities of trade unions. And allows workers representatives to carry out their legitimate representative functions in the workplace without any form of discrimination.

Global Corporate Advisory L.L.C.-FZ has implemented systems for the prevention of occupational injury and illness including, fire safety, emergency response plans, occupational and or industrial hygiene standards, ensures at all times that there is appropriate lighting and ventilation, ensures compliance with reporting and investigation of occupational injuries and illness, access to potable water and sanitation facilities, and has assigned the ultimate responsibility for health and safety to a management representative.

How Global Corporate Advisory L.L.C.-FZ conduct our business matters, and any breaches of our code of conduct or any of its policies may result in Global Corporate Advisory L.L.C.-FZ taking disciplinary action against individual(s) and/or terminating its relationship with any organisation or supplier. And reporting any illegal acts to the appropriate authorities.
